Senior Executive Intelligence Analyst – Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing, developing, and enhancing presentations for the Executive Board, producing materials for the Executive Board, Vice Presidency, Presidency, Committees, Strategic Forums, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Convert projects, studies, indicators, and results into clear, concise, persuasive, and visually engaging executive presentations.

• Craft executive narratives (storytelling) that reinforce the Executive Board's positioning and illustrate the value of the initiatives developed.

• Create institutional materials, strategic presentations, proposals, success stories, studies, and other executive communication content for the department.

• Design visual representations, infographics, flowcharts, timelines, journeys, and other graphic resources that enhance information comprehension.

• Standardize templates, visual identity, and presentation models utilized by the Executive Board, ensuring consistency and a high standard of quality.

• Assist leaders and subject-matter experts in preparing presentations for strategic meetings, workshops, and executive agendas.

• Organize and maintain the repository of the Executive Board’s presentations and strategic materials, ensuring they are current.

• Investigate trends, tools, and best practices in executive communication, storytelling, and information design, fostering continuous innovation in the materials produced.

• Rapidly grasp technical topics and translate them into clear, concise, and visually impactful executive presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating high-impact executive presentations using advanced features.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Understanding of storytelling, information design, visual communication, and best practices for corporate presentations.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva is preferred.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence as it relates to presentation creation and productivity enhancement is a plus.

• Experience in data visualization and developing executive materials for senior leadership is desirable.

• Certifications or coursework in Advanced PowerPoint, Storytelling, Information Design, Data Visualization, Corporate Communication, or related fields are beneficial.

• Experience crafting executive presentations for the Executive Board, Vice Presidency, Presidency, Committees, and Strategic Forums.

• Experience producing institutional, strategic, and high-impact corporate presentations is advantageous.

• Background in corporate storytelling, executive communication, and information design.

• Capability to transform technical topics and indicators into clear, concise, persuasive, and visually appealing presentations is desirable.

• Experience in developing materials for various executive audiences and standardizing corporate presentations.

• Ideally, experience in large corporations, consultancies, or within Planning, BI, PMO, Strategy, or Business Intelligence sectors.

• A portfolio showcasing developed work will be regarded as an advantage.
