Operational Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Adhere to structured decision trees, established risk criteria, and standard operating procedures both accurately and consistently.

• Recognize patterns, identify gaps, and address recurring issues, escalating observations as necessary.

• Accurately document findings, follow-ups, and outcomes within enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with action owners and escalate issues in a respectful manner.

• Track, filter, and conduct basic data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare documentation and comply with SOPs using Microsoft Word.

• Effectively apply risk criteria and identify situations that require escalation.

• Complete assigned tasks to closure or escalate them appropriately.

• Manage varying workloads efficiently.

• Capability to identify patterns, gaps, or recurring issues and escalate observations as needed.

• Excellent written communication skills that are clear and professional.

• Proven discipline in processes within structured, rules-based environments.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Preferred familiarity with incident management, EHS, risk management, or compliance workflows.

• Basic understanding of AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop validation processes.

• Flexibility in adapting to evolving and dynamic environments.

• Willingness to receive feedback and incorporate updates to SOPs, risk definitions, and AI-related workflows.

• Professional skills in stakeholder interaction and coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Proven experience with enterprise systems such as incident management or case management platforms.

• Sound analytical judgment with an ability to apply risk criteria and recognize escalation situations.

• Interest in safety risk concepts and AI-supported tools.

• Strong accountability, ownership, and time management abilities.
