This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Take ownership of the strategy, performance, and execution of our national conference portfolio aimed at achieving measurable pipeline growth.
• Develop event tiering, manage budgets, and establish ROI targets while collaborating closely with Sales and Executive leadership to ensure alignment with our commercial objectives.
• Work in partnership with internal marketing teams to implement cohesive engagement campaigns for attendees before and after events.
• Oversee all central logistics, including vendor relationships, booth design, branding, and production of promotional materials.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, particularly in event marketing and/or demand generation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing large-scale B2B conference strategies within the healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise software sectors.
• Experience managing significant event budgets (over $2.45M), including tier sponsorships, printing, logistics, and vendor management.
• Advanced knowledge of account-based prospecting frameworks (e.g., using HubSpot or Apollo) to facilitate pre-scheduled meetings with C-suite buyer personas (Payers, Health Systems, HR leaders).
• Outstanding written communication skills to produce clear, high-level briefing documents for S-Team and C-suite members prior to executive engagements.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to ensure a premier onsite booth presence and manage dispersed field resources.
