This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional executive experiences for CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con ONE, advisory boards, sporting events, and tailored executive interactions.

• Ensure that every interaction throughout the executive journey is purposeful, seamless, and of a high standard.

• Manage the daily planning and execution of designated executive programs, including timelines, budgets, logistics, creative elements, and onsite operations.

• Collaborate with the Office of the President and the Global Events team to ensure alignment with overarching event strategies.

• Work alongside internal subject matter experts, Marketing, Product teams, and CrowdStrike executives to develop content and agendas for C-level audiences.

• Proactively identify risks, escalate as needed, and maintain program timelines.

• Build trusted relationships with executive attendees through thoughtful, consistent, and personalized engagement.

• Represent the Executive Experiences function with professionalism and a commitment to premium service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in executive programs, events, or management within a fast-paced environment.

• A premium experience mindset with meticulous attention to detail, operational excellence, and a focus on customer experience design.

• Strong program management abilities, encompassing organization, proactive planning, structured execution, deadline management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to craft polished agendas, briefing materials, and communications directed at executives.

• A high level of professionalism and executive maturity, with the ability to engage comfortably with senior leaders.

• Capacity to excel under pressure, manage multiple programs concurrently, and adapt quickly as priorities change.

• Experience in the fields of cybersecurity or enterprise technology is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proven skills in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
