Senior Event Project Manager, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of several large-scale, highly complex projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to conclusion.

• Serve as the primary senior contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships and providing guidance on project strategy, execution, and best practices.

• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring adherence to client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulations.

• Manage project governance, encompassing timelines, budgets, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.

• Proactively identify challenges, handle escalation points, and adeptly navigate high-pressure environments and last-minute adjustments.

• Guide and support team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in event project management within an event agency, with significant experience collaborating with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards both in Germany and on an international scale.

• Proven track record in managing complex, international projects, multiple stakeholders, and substantial event budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client stakeholders effectively.

• Advanced proficiency in delegate management tools, especially Cvent, along with strong operational project management abilities.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
