This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support client-specific Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives, which include training, quality review monitoring, analysis of aggregate quality/performance data, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as creating and updating training materials based on quality reviews, among other tasks.
• Contribute to project-specific or company-wide QA efforts such as managing the preparation for employee training documentation audits, reviewing and editing documents, and filing.
• Identify training needs, develop procedures, and provide training to Inizio staff and management, which includes ongoing refresher training and project-specific training.
• Collaborate with the Project team, Client Account Management Team, and Quality Assurance departments to design and improve client training programs, enhancing customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance with Inizio and Client standards of excellence.
• Define and document training plans, schedules, and requirements.
• Create, develop, and revise training and instructional materials for use in classrooms, ad-hoc sessions, and self-administered training.
• Deliver ongoing and refresher training for the project team.
• Recommend the most effective methodologies and implementation strategies for training programs.
• Develop teaching outlines and decide on instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Assess trainees to evaluate progress and the effectiveness of training.
• Review and interpret documents such as Client program procedure manuals and training modules.
• Translate and convey instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats to staff.
• Monitor services for assigned projects and/or the Quality Assurance Department.
• Provide constructive coaching feedback to staff aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Organize quality review calibration sessions with the Client Account Management Team, Project team, and Client, as needed.
• Compile QA data and prepare reports as needed; analyze results and make recommendations, including revisions to procedural and training documents as necessary.
• Assist with the annual review and ongoing updates of the Client Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Support internal and external client audits as outlined in the Inizio Quality Management Plan.
• Participate in any and all quality activities and reporting as requested by the Client, Business Unit Director, Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance, and/or the Manager of Quality Monitoring.
• Conduct project training certifications and complete the necessary documentation.
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) training records.
• Organize training materials for efficient access by staff.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Active RN license in the US is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Certification or experience in adult learning techniques and methodologies is required.
• Experience in supporting or launching a new program is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand data and file layouts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, alongside critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in developing and proofreading training materials.
