This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more states.
• Take charge of the complete operational execution of the One Team Conference, from initial planning to on-site implementation and post-event evaluation.
• Oversee the integrated program strategy, master timeline, critical path, dependencies, milestones, decision tracking, risk management, and readiness across functions.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Brand, Content, Experience Design, Event Technology, Communications, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Travel, Security, executive offices, and agency partners.
• Convert business and experience goals into actionable operational strategies while balancing attendee satisfaction, budget, risk, and feasibility.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, establishing scopes, deliverables, timelines, accountability, and performance standards.
• Oversee the OTC budget and financial management, including forecasting, expenditure tracking, reconciliation, change management, and cost reduction strategies.
• Lead operational risk management and readiness, encompassing contingency planning, safety, compliance, accessibility, business continuity, and duty of care.
• Address issues and make decisions at the appropriate level, providing context, alternatives, trade-offs, and recommendations when escalating.
• Deliver concise executive communications regarding key decisions, risks, and updates.
• Develop and lead the extended OTC operations team.
• Promote continuous improvement through repeatable processes, documentation, post-event evaluations, and overarching operational standards.
• Manage on-site operations while leading teams, partners, executives, and making real-time decisions.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise event operations, experiential marketing, event production, or complex program management.
• Ideally, experience within a global technology company or agency environment.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise conferences, sales kick-offs, or internal events for thousands of participants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end operational delivery across complex, multi-stream initiatives.
• Skilled in managing large, intricate budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and cost optimization.
• Experience in leading agency and vendor partners to meet scope, budget, timeline, and performance objectives.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to drive results across highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of synthesizing complex information and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience in leading teams and nurturing talent.
