Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Kalepa’s worldwide events strategy and schedule, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities, target accounts, and pipeline objectives.

• Create and implement meticulously curated, executive-level events including dinners, roundtables, conferences, and customer advisory boards.

• Develop repeatable event playbooks that lead to consistent pipeline and revenue results.

• Achieve measurable business results, such as pipeline creation, influence, and revenue generation, along with effects on deal progression and speed.

• Collaborate closely with Sales on account selection, invitation strategies, and multi-threading within target accounts.

• Manage pre- and post-event processes, ensuring strong engagement prior to events and structured follow-up that converts to pipeline and revenue.

• Oversee speaking opportunities, award nominations, and conference submissions for executives and product leaders.

• Initiate and expand Kalepa’s webinar program as a complementary, top-of-funnel channel.

• Handle multiple events concurrently with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B events or field marketing, preferably within SaaS or AI/technical products.

• Demonstrated success in organizing events that generate measurable pipeline, influence deals, and accelerate revenue outcomes.

• Experience in executing executive-level, highly tailored events rather than predominantly large-scale trade shows.

• Strong grasp of account-based marketing and enterprise sales cycles.

• Ability to transform technical or AI-driven products into engaging event narratives for senior audiences.

• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple complex workstreams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Sales, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership.

• High ownership mentality with the capability to build and scale programs from the ground up.
