This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the relationship, strategy, planning, and operational execution of Special Events & Experiences for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Manage the RFP process for selecting local agency partners in collaboration with Procurement.
• Onboard agencies and create governance structures, communication channels, operational workflows, reporting frameworks, and collaborative practices.
• Maintain relationships with selected agencies and drive performance, innovation, continuous improvement, and service quality.
• Supervise premium activities, experiences, dining initiatives, hotel concierge services, and remote concierge operations across client programs.
• Act as the Functional Area lead for special events, cultural and entertainment experiences, unique dining requests, and concierge services.
• Collaborate with Program Management to craft tailored hospitality solutions that meet client needs.
• Assist Business Development with hospitality concepts, operational strategies, budgets, and client presentations.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and operational partners to guarantee quality, preparedness, and outstanding guest experiences.
• Work alongside Stakeholder Services Production and other functional units, including Transportation, Accommodations, Staffing, and Technology.
• Maintain financial oversight, evaluate supplier performance, ensure operational readiness, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement.
• Provide insights on the destination, local market intelligence, and operational advice.
• Arrange venue familiarization visits, supplier meetings, and site inspections.
• Suggest experiences, restaurants, entertainment options, concierge solutions, and local partners.
• Facilitate communication among Program Management, agencies, suppliers, and operational partners for timely updates and seamless execution.
• Experience with Olympic Games or similar global sports events is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, special events, event production, destination management, or premium travel experiences.
• Demonstrated track record of executing high-end events and bespoke experiences for VIP and premium clientele.
• Experience in managing complex supplier relationships, contract negotiations, budget management, and operational execution.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work with SharePoint, Slack, Salesforce, and other event management platforms.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
