This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and logistics for both internal and external events, such as industry conferences, sales-focused events, executive programs, client meetings, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Oversee attendee registration, exhibitor orders, vendor onboarding, shipping, tracking, and materials management.
• Develop and sustain event documentation, communication drafts, training resources, and materials to support meetings.
• Manage swag orders, requests, inventory tracking, and fulfillment using Reachdesk or other assigned platforms.
• Monitor event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, P-card transactions, receipt reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist in researching venues, vendors, promotional materials, incentives, and enhancing attendee experiences.
• Gather post-event reports, survey feedback, outcomes, and key insights.
• Provide on-site support for events, including booth setup and dismantling, material coordination, staffing assistance, and logistics for VIP or special events.
• Complete special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or one to three years of pertinent experience in corporate events.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to continuously enhance existing skills and learn new ones.
• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to meet deadlines across multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive demeanor.
• Aspiration for growth in marketing and/or event management.

• Self-sufficient and resourceful, exhibiting strong collaboration abilities.
• Composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Cvent and Asana is preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must provide a dedicated and secure workspace.
