Senior ERP Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Lead our consulting team and project operations to achieve peak performance.

• Continuously enhance key performance metrics, particularly customer satisfaction, project goals and progress, employee satisfaction and growth, and revenue objectives.

• Take ownership of staffing and resource planning; ensure equitable workloads and prioritize the team’s wellbeing.

• Regularly assess project objectives and progress, ensuring necessary company-wide collaboration for successful results.

• Act as the team’s primary contact and advisor for project-related challenges.

• Participate in steering committees for client projects.

• Conduct development and performance evaluations with team members.

• Foster and enhance comprehensive knowledge building as well as individual training and development for your team.

• Further develop and refine our standardized methodologies and processes.

• Continuously evaluate and improve our onboarding process.

• Actively engage employees in shaping our company and growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role, either as a team or department leader.

• Extensive experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably within the construction sector.

• A strong passion for leading, motivating, developing, and challenging our consulting team.

• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills in both individual and group settings.

• Ability to professionally represent 4PS, even in challenging customer situations.
