Senior ERP, Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of Oracle EBS projects, which include upgrades, process enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.

• Facilitate functional delivery across modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cost Management.

• Assist in ERP modernization and simplification efforts aimed at enhancing scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to refine close processes, bolster inventory controls, ensure audit readiness, and enhance the accuracy of financial reporting.

• Aid in preparing for long-term Oracle Cloud / Fusion migration and enterprise application transformation planning.

• Supervise the alignment of enterprise structures, including multi-org, multi-region, and multi-currency operational models.

• Spearhead initiatives related to warehouse and operational systems that support receiving, grading, refurbishment, fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics operations.

• Propel delivery and integration initiatives involving Deposco WMS, operational processing systems, Oracle ERP, and third-party logistics platforms.

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to enhance process standardization and decrease operational complexity across supply chain platforms.

• Lead the integration delivery of enterprise applications across ERP, WMS, operational systems, kiosk platforms, and reporting environments.

• Manage data migration, cutover planning, and release coordination for large-scale system implementations and upgrades.

• Establish and uphold enterprise application governance processes, which include change management, release controls, documentation standards, and operational support frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in leading ERP or enterprise application delivery programs.

• More than 5 years in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Enterprise Applications leadership position.

• Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, SLA, Cost Management).

• Experience in leading the implementation and integration of enterprise applications within operational or supply chain settings.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Deposco, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology sectors.

• Strong grasp of enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and ERP process architecture.

• Proven experience in delivering programs in multi-site, multi-region, or high-volume operational contexts.

• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership abilities.
