Senior ERP Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management, WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management solutions tailored for high-volume warehouse operations.

• Create customized X++ solutions, integrations, Data Entities, APIs, workflows, and business events.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with warehouse technologies and adjacent enterprise systems.

• Enhance processes related to receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.

• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

• Optimize application performance for better user experience.

• Contribute to CI/CD, release management, and adhere to Microsoft development best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Warehouse Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Product Teams, QA Engineers, and warehouse stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Engage in the process from solution design all the way through to production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS) and X++ development.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory management processes.

• Experience in building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), Business Events, or Dual-write.

• Strong commitment to producing clean, maintainable code.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business colleagues in a global setting.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), SQL Server, T-SQL, Electronic Reporting (ER), SSRS Reporting, Data Management Framework (DMF), OData Services, REST APIs, Business Events, Dual-write, Power Platform, Git, and CI/CD Pipelines.
