📋 Description

• Reporting to the Manager, D365 Advisor, and serving as a vital member of the Microsoft team, the Senior ERP Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting our clients in enhancing their logistics processes.

• You will spearhead significant ERP implementation projects, converting business needs into effective, high-performance functional solutions.

• As a recognized authority in logistics on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), you will utilize your expertise to design, configure, and implement innovative solutions that promote operational efficiency and foster client growth.

• Your impact will be direct and measurable, from the initial analysis phase to the go-live stage, ensuring that technology aligns with strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.

• A decade of ERP implementation experience, encompassing several full lifecycle projects.

• Strong expertise in logistics processes, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management, procurement/sales, and inventory management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to full-cycle ERP projects.

• Capability to coach and guide clients in their strategic and operational decision-making processes.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to effectively interact with clients across North America.
