Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initial discovery through to go-live and ongoing support.

• Analyze and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose customized ERP solutions.

• Oversee data migration, validation, and system integration tasks.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP issues.

• Deliver training and support to end users and stakeholders.

• Partner with Account Managers to ensure successful client outcomes.

• Contribute to continuous product and process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong grasp of business process improvement and optimization.

• Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in managing projects and achieving outcomes within defined scope and timelines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Highly desirable experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related sectors.

• Familiarity with: SQL; scripting languages; SAGE300; Crystal Reports; Power BI.
