This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Lead the analysis and exploration of intricate business scenarios, customer challenges, and product requirements.
• Design new features and enhancements, which includes creating functional specifications, current and future state workflows, process flows, mockups or wireframes, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate business impact, backward compatibility, dependencies, and data or integration risks; propose solutions and negotiate scope and priorities.
• Break down approved initiatives into technical user stories and development tasks.
• Oversee implementation details, clarify ambiguities, manage requirement changes, and ensure traceability to business outcomes.
• Provide functional expertise across Acumatica distribution workflows, encompassing Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, pricing, freight, tax, and associated financial processes.
• Analyze and document data flows and integration requirements between Acumatica and external systems such as dispatch, delivery, inventory, tank monitoring, CRM, and other industry systems.
• Develop mapping or API specifications when applicable.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and automated testing engineers, technical writers, support, implementation teams, and external partners.
• Review deliverables and provide guidance to other analysts as necessary.
• Create test plans and scenarios that encompass standard usage, data migration, invalid data handling, high-volume conditions, and integrations.
• Conduct acceptance testing, validate outcomes, and verify corrected defects.
• Lead functional readiness for User Acceptance Testing, releases, deployments, customer demonstrations, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Investigate escalated support issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain product, process, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted.
• Over 5 years of experience in business or system analysis, ERP functional consulting, or product analysis.
• Proven experience managing complex or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in developing functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
• More than 4 years of experience in one or more distribution domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or E-commerce.
• Ability to lead the requirements lifecycle from discovery through design, development, testing, and release.
• Proficient in translating business needs into technical user stories with acceptance criteria, process flows, and mockups or wireframes.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers, quality teams, and business users.
• Experience managing acceptance testing, addressing requirement inquiries, and validating delivered functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple high-priority initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and adhering to established priorities.
• Ability to provide functional guidance or peer reviews to team members.
• Quality-focused mindset, curiosity, and ability to model user behavior, identify application flaws, and quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
• Availability to work primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with occasional flexibility depending on project requirements.
