Senior Epicor Kinetic Financials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate design workshops focused on future-state scenarios for AR, AP, GL, costing, budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation.

• Introduce finance best practices to assist the client in determining their operational strategies.

• Configure and validate Kinetic financial modules in accordance with established requirements.

• Collaborate with operations and supply chain leaders on costing and integration aspects.

• Assist with data conversion, testing, training, and the go-live process for the finance team.

• Develop a scalable finance strategy for upcoming site implementations.

• Lead the client through the design and deployment phases across the complete financial landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience implementing Epicor Kinetic or previous versions of Epicor ERP.

• Extensive expertise in finance, particularly in AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, and multi-entity reporting and consolidation.

• Proven ability to confidently lead executive and departmental visioning sessions.

• Familiarity with the Kinetic data model and its table structure.

• Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in metal fabrication or industrial products.

• Preferably has experience with multi-site or multi-entity rollouts.
