This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conducts meetings with end-users and demonstrates advanced operational/application build knowledge to successfully complete complex assignments that align with customer objectives.
• Executes high-level design, build, and implementation tasks for various projects.
• Initiates, facilitates, or leads discussions with end-users/business owners and other EIS teams.
• Takes a leadership role on team projects by interpreting customer requirements, providing status updates, and nurturing customer relationships and expectations.
• Engages in the re-engineering of operational workflows in collaboration with end-users/business owners.
• Translates end-user/business owner requirements into system specifications and configuration needs.
• Acts as a representative for the unit on several Epic-related committees (CCB, SFWG, OCD).
• Over four (4) years of experience in Epic Optime build/implementation/optimization, with a preference for experience in Anesthesia.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies along with a background in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with healthcare information management systems and a preference for clinical operations background.
• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Epic Optime certification is required, along with a preference for Anesthesia certifications.
