This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.
• Creates and implements both technical and non-technical solutions to address moderate to complex business challenges.
• Operates autonomously, possessing a comprehensive understanding of client business needs.
• Provides support and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Engages and communicates with both business and technical teams regarding issues, modifications, and enhancements.
• Evaluates operations within business and clinical service lines.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Generally requires 5 years of experience in IT or a clinical setting, focusing on moderate to complex business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing, and documentation.
• Skilled in utilizing EPIC and other software applications, operating systems, and databases.
• Capable of specifying user requirements, collaborating with technical staff, healthcare professionals, and vendors, and documenting user needs, outcomes, and procedures.
• Demonstrates strong project management capabilities.
