Senior EP Mapping Specialist – CAS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system as well as CAS products.

• Inform physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and procedures.

• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and associated procedures.

• Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or surpass sales targets.

• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to pinpoint sales prospects.

• Work alongside the local sales team to provide customer training on mapping and other CAS products.

• Engage and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.

• Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and support staff.

• Act as a regional champion to share expertise in mapping technology and influence proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree with 6 years, or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years.

• Relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

• Preferred B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical field.

• Experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing clinical or technical support.

• Demonstrated success with technical training responsibilities.

• Willingness to travel over 25% of the time.

• Must reside within the assigned territory and be available for unanticipated needs.

• Capability to travel outside the assigned territory, potentially overnight.

• Ability to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Active vehicle insurance policy necessary.

• Driving record will be subject to review.

• Must be able to move freely throughout the facility and operate a phone, keyboard, and mouse.

• Ability to visually interact with personal computers.

• Capacity to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours each day.

• For foreign-earned baccalaureate degrees, the degree must meet the criteria set forth in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
