This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide instructor-led seminars and on-site training sessions focused on environmental and safety regulations.
• Keep training materials (presentations, manuals, and course content) updated and relevant.
• Carry out environmental compliance audits and inspections.
• Assist with permitting processes and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to business development and the creation of new training offerings.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strive to exceed client expectations.
• Create computer-based training modules for both existing and new regulatory requirements.
• Develop tailored computer-based training materials for clients.
• Provide services as needed for both internal and external clients within your area of expertise.
• Act as a resource for both external and internal customers.
• Follow up with class participants to help foster new business opportunities and enhance training sessions.
• Build business relationships with clients and create customer profiles that outline specific situations, strategies, and plans.
• Formulate added value strategies for each customer.
• Propose and design new seminars and services based on client needs and market trends.
• Market services and products while developing and maintaining targeted client lists.
• Deliver both public and private seminars, either on-site or via webcast.
• Address student inquiries through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Stay updated on services, products, and the latest legal, technical, and regulatory developments.
• Research new regulations, services, and products.
• Assess services and products for effectiveness.
• Organize and conduct seminar activities related to new regulatory requirements, including creating new materials and presentation slides.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the environmental sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in environmental compliance.
• Proven experience in delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
