Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Process incoming travel inquiries and requests with precision and efficiency using the Sabre GDS.

• Assist with group reservations, including air travel, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements.

• Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges faced by clients.

• Support the logistics for production crews and talent movements.

• Oversee location logistics and the movement of large groups.

• Manage multiple intricate itineraries effectively.

• Provide assistance to team members both within and across different teams.

• Offer travel proposals and general travel guidance to travelers.

• Accurately apply rules set by travel suppliers.

• Stay updated with current knowledge of the travel industries we support.

• Share industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Follow client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to ensure quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Familiarity with travel industry systems, notably GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

• Ability to work autonomously while exercising discretion and sound judgment.

• Proven professional customer service abilities.

• Proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
