Senior Enterprise Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive conceptual and logical architectural frameworks encompassing COTS, cloud infrastructure, integration, security, data, and AI.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Architecture Review Boards and forums related to AI governance.

• Create Points of View, recommend technology patterns, and establish multi-year strategic roadmaps.

• Streamline the legacy application inventory, minimize technical debt, and enhance systems based on resilience, business value, and TCO metrics.

• Produce actionable architectural views and diagrams within intricate healthcare technology ecosystems utilizing enterprise architecture modeling tools and EA data sets.

• Guide solution alignment among Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Delivery, and Product Engineering teams.

• Assess cross-portfolio backlogs and organize future-state initiatives according to technical dependencies, business priorities, and delivery timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management, OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management.

• Practical experience in architecting solutions for extensive healthcare IT environments, care delivery contexts, and clinical integration frameworks.

• Proficient in TOGAF methodologies and enterprise modeling platforms such as LeanIX, Abacus, Orbus iServer, MEGA, or IBIS.

• Demonstrated success in leading architectural initiatives within scaled Agile and product-centric operating models.
