Client Solutions Manager, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of brand accounts from start to finish

• Foster client relationships and act as the primary point of contact

• Conduct client calls and check-ins for launches, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing programs

• Transform campaign outcomes into actionable insights and recommendations

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance reporting, refine communications, and derive insights from campaign data

• Oversee the client experience, including commitments, scopes, budgets, and resolution of issues

• Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and account expansion

• Maintain organized trackers and efficient workflows

• Ensure client feedback is directed to the appropriate internal team

• Highlight issues early and present a plan to leadership

• Aim for larger accounts and increased commercial responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, particularly with brand accounts

• Proficient in campaign execution with a strong grasp of Meta and TikTok platforms

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Commercially aware: understanding budgets, margins, and recognizing when an account is ready to expand

• Comfortable managing both client relationships and commercial discussions, adapting as needed for account requirements

• Proficient in using AI as part of your daily workflow

• Trustworthy and reliable in client interactions

• Capable of articulating insights about the accounts you've managed: successes, challenges, and the reasons behind them
