
Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the complete enterprise sales process, from prospecting to closing and expansion.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to create a robust pipeline and facilitate consistent ARR growth.
• Identify and connect with executive sponsors, economic buyers, and key stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to gain insights into customer workflows, business challenges, and operational opportunities.
• Create ROI-driven business cases and value propositions linked to quantifiable outcomes.
• Plan and implement successful POCs with defined objectives and alignment from executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to progress opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver customer insights to shape product strategy, positioning, and market entry efforts.
• Position Trase’s AI agent platform against traditional automation, point solutions, and consulting alternatives.
• Consistently meet or surpass pipeline and ARR objectives.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing deals worth $250K–$1M+ ARR and exceeding quotas.
• A proven history of building a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, territory development, and strategic account planning.
• Experience in selling directly to C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, capable of uncovering customer needs and constructing compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in selling technical products in dynamic, fast-paced environments and assisting in defining a new market category.
• Technical knowledge across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security, and data ecosystems.
• Experience executing land-and-expand strategies that evolve initial deployments into larger enterprise partnerships.
