This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that are in line with brand objectives and business goals.
• Create detailed strategic business plans featuring measurable goals and action-oriented strategies.
• Allocate resources effectively while upholding strong operating principles and high ethical standards.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.
• Deliver approved disease state and product information to customers utilizing persuasive selling techniques in accordance with AbbVie Promotional Policy.
• Leverage sales analytics and customer insights to formulate strategic plans.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies in the territory alongside cross-functional partners and designated resources.
• Stay informed about market developments, territorial changes, disease states, and products.
• Collaborate with territory partners and external stakeholders.
• Create and implement call plans to meet metrics and enhance coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and policies governing AbbVie operations.
• Establish professional relationships with oncologists, nursing staff, office personnel, and others involved in oncology patient care.
• Report directly to the District Manager.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 6 years of oncology sales experience, particularly with solid tumors, is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales expectations.
• Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Consultative selling approach that aids customers in finding solutions.
• Strong competitive selling skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must successfully complete AbbVie’s background check.
• Must pass any additional institutional or health-facility screenings as required, which may encompass background checks, immunization, TB, HIV, hepatitis, and drug testing.
• Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle or a company car or truck, or utilize powered material-handling equipment.
