This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be tasked with creating a qualified sales pipeline within the Enterprise and Large-Corporate segment.
• Your primary focus will be on acquisition, establishing initial contact, and qualifying leads.
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will set the stage for opportunities they will then drive to closure.
• You will identify and prioritize pertinent enterprise accounts.
• Engage in proactive outreach to decision-makers through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Develop customized outreach strategies tailored to each account.
• Conduct structured initial discussions to evaluate client needs.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Keep detailed records of all activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Continuously refine your outreach strategies based on data analysis.
• Several years of experience in outbound sales or business development within a B2B context.
• Ideally, experience in the enterprise or complex mid-market sector.
• A proven track record of generating qualified sales pipelines.
• Strong capabilities in cold outreach and making initial contacts.
• A structured, disciplined, and self-motivated working style.
• High resilience and a strong results orientation.
• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
