Senior Enterprise Architect – Agentforce for Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete integration strategy and execution for intricate Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations.

• Design and develop enterprise-level integration solutions and deploy them into production.

• Address real-world challenges at a large scale for enterprise clients.

• Connect Agentforce with ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.

• Develop API-led connectivity strategies.

• Create agentic data pipelines.

• Establish AI integration roadmaps in collaboration with customer executive teams.

• Work within small, dedicated teams to execute high-impact integration projects.

• Gather field insights to refine Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.

• Engage directly with users in dynamic customer environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience in integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM).

• Strong comprehension of the Generative AI landscape.

• Solid foundation in integration architecture principles, including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.

• Robust engineering background.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required for client engagements.

• 4–8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Engineering.

• At least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture in a customer-facing capacity.

• Practical experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of risk mitigation, compliance, and security within enterprise software contexts.

• Preferred qualifications include degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or other related fields; specific credentials are not mandated.
