Regulatory Reporting Specialist, IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide independent advice and shape agile IT projects focused on regulatory reporting.

• Implement statutory and regulatory mandates within the banking industry.

• Collect, analyze, and manage requirements effectively.

• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams.

• Create solutions that are practical for everyday operations.

• Assist banks and insurance firms in their digital transformation journeys.

• Bridge the gap between business units and IT in complex software development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector.

• Proficient in statistical regulatory reporting, specifically BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, and KreSta.

• Background in software development projects.

• Capability to articulate complex business and technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• An independent, structured, and solution-focused work approach.

• Possess an open and empathetic communication style.

• Eager to assume responsibility.

• Fluent in German with at least a C1 level proficiency.
