This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of enterprise buyers and what builds their trust.

• Take ownership of the program to create, publish, and disseminate customer testimonials.

• Establish the strategy, create the content roadmap, and implement Scribe’s enterprise customer content engine across various formats and channels.

• Initiate and oversee Scribe’s Customer Advisory Board program.

• Engage with enterprise leaders, ensure meaningful participation, and foster relationships between sessions.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to align content with revenue generation.

• Track, evaluate, and follow up with webinar attendees, CAB participants, and leads generated from content.

• Set, forecast, and report on pipeline objectives.

• Utilize MQLs, influenced pipeline, and conversion metrics to inform investment choices.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a related field, with significant focus on enterprise B2B audiences.

• Demonstrated success in developing enterprise customer programs, including content, webinars, and events, that have a qualified-pipeline impact.

• Experience in establishing or managing customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, or similar high-touch audience initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills; capable of owning pipeline attribution, defining success metrics, and making quick data-driven decisions.

• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Demand Generation to route and activate leads from content and events programs.

• Ability to create and distribute enterprise customer content across applicable formats and channels.

• Skill in building direct external relationships with enterprise leaders.

• Candidates must reside in the U.S.
