This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with independent agency partners.
• Advocate for the company’s insurance offerings, underwriting expertise, service capabilities, and competitive edge.
• Discover sales opportunities through agency visits, referrals, networking, market analysis, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Provide education to agency partners regarding appetite, eligibility, coverage features, quoting procedures, and submission guidelines.
• Work in tandem with underwriting, customer service, and leadership teams to foster profitable growth and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support marketing initiatives, agency communications, presentations, promotional content, and sales strategies.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline opportunities, market insights, and agency performance utilizing company systems and reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, agency gatherings, trade associations, and community networking functions.
• Remain updated on property insurance trends, competitor actions, market conditions, and regulatory factors.
• Previous experience in insurance sales, marketing, agency relations, business development, or customer-facing relationship management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for clearly and confidently explaining insurance concepts.
• Proficient in relationship-building, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage a territory or portfolio of agency relationships, and achieve growth targets.
• A professional, ethical, and service-oriented demeanor when representing the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, quoting platforms, and various business technologies.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for agency visits, events, and meetings as necessary.
