Senior Enterprise Account Manager – Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership of pipeline development and lead activation by managing the entire sales cycle independently, utilizing data-driven CRM analyses to selectively engage existing warm leads from the PCG ecosystem (no cold calling involved).

• In the realm of our Data & AI portfolio, you will strategically assist clients in their transformation processes, offering our workshops designed for use-case identification, constructing modular architectural foundations (AI Foundation including data management, security, and FinOps), as well as delivering prebuilt lighthouse use cases.

• Conducting maturity assessments and value selling will be key; you will evaluate the customer's current status through structured maturity assessments to create sustainable solutions, managed services, and effective change and adoption strategies.

• Your expertise will be crucial in deal optimization and partner management, where you will provide unbiased advice, leveraging knowledge of cloud subsidies, incentives, and major hyperscaler programs to structure deals from a commercial standpoint.

• You will actively contribute your market insights to the team, enhancing our go-to-market strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess substantial experience in enterprise IT sales, particularly within the cloud, data, or complex IT sectors, with a proven ability to build long-term trust at the C-level.

• While you don't need to be an engineer, you have a solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructures and data architectures, enabling you to confidently present complex solutions to clients. Familiarity with the ecosystems of the three major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

• With a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for AI, you are eager to learn and enjoy collaborating with others to help establish a new team.

• You possess strong communication and pitching skills, capable of translating technical concepts into tangible business value. As our projects and meetings may be international, you are comfortable pitching in both German and English.

• Ideally, you have experience in selling managed services and supporting sustainable IT implementations.

• You are a team player with a drive for results, enjoying collaboration with our diverse team.
