This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Identify, develop, and implement an account strategy aimed at securing new business opportunities and boosting revenue with clients in the designated region, both independently and collaboratively.
β’ Define, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota targets.
β’ Target and engage with decision-makers in key prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
β’ Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (typically at the CIO and CISO levels) in the industry, partners, and enterprise clients to address all relevant issues concerning sales strategy and goal achievement.
β’ Collaborate with operational peers across various functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with prospective clients at both the individual contributor and executive levels.
β’ Work in partnership with collaborators to utilize their established account presence and relationships.
β’ Capture, maintain, and share accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
β’ Build and sustain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
β’ Engage with enterprise customers and leads to assess and understand their product or service requirements; recommend products and services that meet those needs.
β’ Demonstrate the functions and benefits of products or services to clients based on their specific needs.
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving any post-sale issues that may arise.
β’ Maintain communication with current and former clients, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in selling software-based solutions to senior management and executive levels is required.
β’ Experience in selling security software-based solutions at the enterprise level (5,000 users and above) is essential.
β’ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
β’ Referenceable customer and partner contacts within your specified geographic area.
