
Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Health Systems Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a designated account list consisting of prominent health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs); formulate and implement a territory strategy aimed at acquiring new logos and generating a pipeline through executive outreach, participation in conferences, referrals, and collaboration with Cadence's clinical and marketing teams.
• Serve as a representative of Cadence at major industry events and transform each interaction into viable opportunities.
• Engage with CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, VP/SVP leaders in Primary Care, and Medical Directors to establish comprehensive relationships within target accounts; lead discussions to comprehend each health system's strategic objectives, chronic care challenges, and revenue cycle demands, then customize Cadence's value proposition accordingly.
• Navigate intricate procurement processes involving clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders; foster consensus among a diverse buying committee.
• Deliver impactful executive presentations and product demonstrations that align Cadence's capabilities with each system's specific objectives, clearly and confidently articulating Cadence's revenue-generating model to both clinical and financial stakeholders.
• Present tailored ROI models that highlight new revenue and the total cost of care impact; position Cadence's integration with Epic as a crucial differentiator that alleviates administrative burdens and enhances physician adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful launches; provide market insights to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in health systems, IDNs, or large medical group sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6-7 figure Annual Contract Value) with extended sales cycles.
• In-depth understanding of health system economics, including physician compensation models, value-based care agreements, Medicare reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience selling to physician leadership (CMOs, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs) as well as administrative and operational executives.
• Strong knowledge of Epic's workflows and the impact of technology integration on physician adoption.
• Background in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, virtual care, or population health is preferred.
• Established relationships with decision-makers at leading health systems or IDNs are preferred.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment; comfortable with uncertainty and possesses a builder's mentality.
• Proficiency with AI research and productivity tools, with the ability to critically assess AI-driven insights, distinguishing valuable information from noise in a rapidly evolving information landscape.
