This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at large banking institutions.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and industry-specific solutions.
• Utilize extensive understanding of the financial market to effectively position our solutions.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles with a focus on solution-based selling.
• Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting through to closing deals.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Field Marketing teams.
• Ensure accurate and current information is maintained within the CRM system.
• Establish robust partnerships with public cloud providers.
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in enterprise software sales within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Proven experience in managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets, particularly in Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
• Established ability to forge strong relationships with C-level executives at major banking institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial open-source business models.
• Capability to design and implement sales strategies customized for the Banking and Securities sector.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
