This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with Enterprise clients (5,000+ employees) and key decision-makers.
• Propel new business growth by establishing and enhancing a high-quality pipeline in partnership with SDRs and Field Marketing.
• Oversee the complete sales process—from initial contact and discovery through demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Effectively manage the pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Work closely with channel partners in a completely partner-driven go-to-market strategy.
• Consistently meet and surpass quarterly revenue goals.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive within the enterprise sector.
• Established history of successfully acquiring new customers.
• Strong “hunter” mentality with the capability to open new accounts and explore new verticals.
• Practical, tactical, and commercially astute dealmaker.
• Proficient in cultivating long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS industry; experience in backup, recovery, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss market.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Residing in Zurich, Switzerland.
