This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a seven-figure new business target and consistently achieve results.
• Develop and manage a target account list comprising 40–60 enterprise healthcare staffing firms and related regulated purchasers.
• Execute a full-cycle enterprise sales process, navigating 6–12 month sales cycles and deals ranging from $250K to over $2M with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic accounts and intricate deal cycles.
• Offer structured market insights that influence pricing, positioning, and product priorities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline integrity in Salesforce.
• 8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS, services, or tech-enabled solutions to enterprises, including at least 3 years managing a seven-figure quota.
• Direct experience in selling background screening, occupational health, drug screening, HR tech, or verification solutions — you understand the category, the buyer, and the mechanics of closing these deals.
• Established relationships in healthcare staffing or adjacent regulated sectors — staffing, healthcare systems, workforce platforms, healthcare operations, and compliance-heavy SaaS.
• Proven history of closing deals worth $250K–$2M+ with 6–12 month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Documented success in building pipeline primarily through personal outbound efforts, network activation, and LinkedIn — emphasizing relationship-building over inbound leads.
• Active presence on LinkedIn with a distinctive perspective. You can provide examples of relationships formed and deals initiated through the platform.
• Experience in selling AI-native or agentic AI products — or a proven capability to sell complex, evolving technology in legacy and regulated fields.
• Comfortable with founder-led selling; you know how to utilize a CEO without being overly reliant on one.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and forecasting. You maintain Salesforce rigorously because you recognize its importance in business operations, not just because of oversight.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and invigorated by environments where the foundation is robust and the potential is significant.
