This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Play a vital role in driving Cybus’s growth and overall success.
• Cultivate and enhance business relationships with both new and existing enterprise clients.
• Secure ambitious contracts within the DACH manufacturing sector, averaging an ACV of EUR 80–150k.
• Independently create a 4x pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, events, and collaboration with SDRs and Marketing.
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders through buying committees.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to translate Unified Namespace and OT/IT integration into compelling value propositions.
• Provide insights from deals that influence the product roadmap.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS/software sales within the DACH market, preferably in Industrial IoT, MES, manufacturing software, data platforms, MQTT, Unified Namespace, or related fields.
• A proven history of successfully closing deals with an ACV of EUR 80k or more, involving buying committees with 3 or more stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Proficient in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Demonstrated confidence in selling a challenger brand, including storytelling, category creation, and working with low brand awareness.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and business-level English, with the ability to engage customers in both languages.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approximately 40–60%).
• Experience in transforming digitalization challenges into customer- or industry-specific solution concepts is a plus.
