This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs, role specifications, and workforce priorities.
• Offer strategic insights on sourcing methods, recruitment timelines, and labor market conditions.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple simultaneous searches while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates on search progress, pipeline insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced and technical positions, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
• Actively source passive candidates through research, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Develop and sustain long-term talent pipelines and communities for essential skill sets.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in sourcing.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to the advancement of recruiting tools, workflows, and operational practices.
• Ensure that recruitment activities adhere to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support AAP and EEOC compliance through meticulous applicant tracking and documentation.
• Utilize ATS and HRIS systems for managing requisitions, candidates, reporting, and record retention.
• Monitor and utilize recruiting metrics to promote transparency and informed decision-making.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to junior recruiters or contract recruiting personnel.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, DEI, and business stakeholders on broader talent initiatives.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition function and the organization positively.
• Over 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in engineering and environmental consulting roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and achieve results within a consultative recruiting framework.
• Track record of successfully sourcing and securing difficult-to-find technical and professional talent.
• Experience in a growth-oriented or multi-business organization is preferred.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance obligations, and equitable hiring practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and professional social media networks.
