📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, large-scale security initiatives that encompass multiple functions, extend over several years, and influence business strategy.

• Direct the implementation strategy and delivery plans for robust CI/CD, software supply chain security, cloud security projects, and AI-driven security services.

• Consolidate program status and complex risks into straightforward narratives to guide executive decision-making.

• Advocate for a customer-centric approach within the engineering teams you support.

• Enhance program management practices and standards to guarantee consistent, high-quality outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years.

• Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale, intricate, cross-functional programs.

• Expertise in leading program planning, scheduling, execution, and risk management across varied functions or regions.

• Established history of independently managing program delivery with minimal oversight and demonstrable impact.

• Strong background in executing programs related to security engineering, cloud security, DevSecOps, or software platform security.
