Senior Engineering Manager – Practice Management Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will lead the Clinic Cloud Engineering team, collaborating closely with PMs and the Country Manager while taking responsibility at the country level for our deliverables.

• You will report directly to the Global Engineering Director for PMSs.

• Your leadership will determine whether a clinic operates smoothly or encounters issues by mid-morning.

• You will establish the strategic direction.

• You will define the standards of quality.

• You are the individual who enhances the team's performance, increases the product's reliability, and boosts market confidence in Docplanner as the premier PMS provider in the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading product engineering teams with direct responsibility for personnel management, including hiring, performance evaluation, and professional development.

• Proven experience in guiding a team through significant product transformations, beyond mere maintenance cycles.

• Familiarity with environments where uptime and data integrity are critical and have substantial implications.

• A technical background that enables you to make informed decisions regarding architecture and quality, with a pragmatic approach.

• Ability to engage in strategic discussions with business-oriented stakeholders as well as technical conversations with your engineering team on the same day.

• Experience in the Spanish market or proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Background in healthcare, clinic workflows, or regulated data environments is beneficial.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
