Senior Engineering Manager – Patient Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Address real challenges regarding patient engagement and continuity through practical coding.

• Prototype and develop solutions that showcase AI-enabled development practices in patient-focused products.

• Work directly within your team's codebase, implementing features and architectural changes.

• Lead a team consisting of an Engineering Manager and 4-6 senior engineers, nurturing their growth and performance.

• Strong, hands-on experience utilizing AI to expedite software development.

• Proven track record in delivering results on complex software projects, including in regulated environments where quality and reliability are paramount.

• Ability to inspire others and guide them in solving technical challenges.
