Senior Engineering Manager – Digital Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding back-end engineering teams in their mission to deliver outstanding member experiences.

• Concentrate on recognizing, prioritizing, and shaping intricate digital projects in partnership with business stakeholders.

• Steer teams of engineers in providing digital services that elevate the member experience through both web and native applications.

• Supervise the transition of data and services from legacy systems to the cloud.

• Incorporate cutting-edge AI and agentic technologies to enhance offerings.

• Offer leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to application development teams.

• Impact strategic roadmaps for future projects and work closely with business partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of software development experience, emphasizing enterprise-level solutions and cloud technologies.

• More than 3 years of experience leading substantial cross-functional project management endeavors, including micro-services, event-driven architectures, and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.

• At least 2 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with contemporary cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
