Senior Engineering Manager, Clients Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Client team, ensuring software is delivered into customer environments.

• Manage CI/CD workflows along with runner updates.

• Deploy software to customer environments.

• Develop, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team.

• Serve as a Product Owner, working in collaboration with product managers, security researchers, and customer success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading teams that design, build, and maintain containerized software (Docker, virtual machine images).

• Experience in implementing strong software supply chain practices.

• Ability to collaborate with and influence peer engineering and security research teams.

• Experience in building or substantially expanding an engineering team.

• Demonstrated capability to define and instill a strong engineering culture.

• Effectively drives significant architectural decisions with rigor.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, or C++.

• Strong knowledge of Linux OS-level operations, container runtimes, and networking.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in complex, customer-managed environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for building and signing container images.
