Project Manager – Engineering, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across several simultaneous projects (product, integrations, customer implementations).

• Convert strategic roadmaps into detailed delivery plans that include defined milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Drive the delivery rhythm (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the consistent application of frameworks.

• Keep track of programme health regarding scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

• Align cross-functional priorities and address resource conflicts.

• Serve as the primary link between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide succinct reports to leadership, including updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across various projects.

• Balance trade-offs across scope, time, and quality, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.

• Continuously enhance delivery processes and working methods.

• Ensure robust documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness.

• Assist in incident management, release governance, and operational planning.

• Lead the delivery of customer-facing projects from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill customer commitments.

• Transform customer requirements into structured delivery plans while managing expectations throughout the process.

• Support pre-sales and scoping activities to confirm viable, deliverable solutions.

• Lead change management initiatives and post-delivery reviews to foster continuous improvement.

• Ensure that delivery complies with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., MDR, ISO, data protection).

• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to uphold high standards of quality and safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in programme/project management within software environments.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stream projects.

• Strong comprehension of Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and impose structure on delivery.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong collaboration with engineering teams (technical literacy is essential).

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., MDR, ISO/IEC standards).

• Proficiency in JIRA or similar delivery tracking tools.

• Competence in Confluence or equivalent documentation platforms.

• Awareness of CI/CD and modern engineering workflows.
