Engineering Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee engineering projects across various teams and stakeholders.

• Administer engineering capacity planning and enhance workload transparency.

• Collaborate with customer-oriented and business teams to forecast upcoming tasks and resource requirements.

• Lead discussions on prioritization and assist in resolving conflicting demands.

• Aid in the implementation and operational execution of compliance programs.

• Monitor deliverables, interdependencies, risks, and overall program advancement.

• Create streamlined processes that enhance visibility and execution without adding unnecessary complexity.

• Facilitate communication among engineering leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders.

• Assist in managing incoming requests, operational priorities, and program backlogs.

• Foster accountability and ensure follow-through on critical strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a related position.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional efforts that involve engineering teams and business stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

• Background in establishing processes and operational structures in dynamic or expanding environments.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and competing demands at once.

• Experience supporting engineering teams and technical organizations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating with a high degree of independence.

• Adequate technical knowledge to engage in discussions with engineers and technical leadership.

• Experience in managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
