• Create and sustain backend services for Deuna's partnerships with merchants and payment providers worldwide.

• Enhance team efficiency to ensure accurate cost estimation and timely delivery of projects.

• Foster a low technical debt environment, promoting a highly innovative engineering culture.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to technical leads and engineering managers.
