Senior Engineering Manager

• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to develop robust systems.

• Direct the development of backend systems, infrastructure, and intelligence layers.

• Work alongside a platform lead to establish technical direction.

• Drive the creation of technical strategy and roadmaps.

• Supervise team-building processes and incident management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in backend, platform, or infrastructure roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in engineering management.

• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring engineers.

• Capability to support a team of 6 or more engineers through coaching and career development.

• Proficiency with contemporary AI tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
