⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and developing engineering teams responsible for building and operating scalable platforms or infrastructure.

• Practical experience in designing, building, and managing agentic systems in a production environment.

• A wide-ranging understanding of business applications: you have built or directed agents across various use cases.

• A solid engineering background in distributed systems, cloud computing, and ML/AI infrastructure.

• A history of taking ownership of a platform's charter.

• Credibility across multiple organizations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
