Senior Engineer – Remote Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Mechanical engineer tasked with the upkeep of rotary machinery (Compressors, Turbines, etc.)

• Examine P&ID, instrument lists, and PFDs

• Create reports and formulate maintenance strategies

• Evaluate trends and minimize unexpected downtime

• Guide junior engineers and deliver technical presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Mechanical engineer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the operation and maintenance of upstream and downstream rotary machines

• Proficient in reviewing P&ID, instrument lists, PFDs, and data sheets

• Capable of developing anomaly reports, diagnosing machine faults, and providing potential causes and recommendations

• Certified ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst

• Proficient in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis, and thermal imaging

• Strong ability to interpret multi-parameter data (vibration, process, seal, etc.)

• Formulate predictive maintenance strategies

• Analyze trends to enhance MTBF and decrease unplanned downtime

• Conduct root cause analysis for significant breakdowns

• Skilled in data analytics tools
